Toby Justice started racing at the ripe age of 14 years old. He started in the Street Stock Division at Waycross Motor Speedway, in Waycross, GA. Toby had 4 wins in this division before moving up to the Late Model Division.

In 2002, Toby won the Late Model Division Points Championship at Waycross Motor Speedway.

The next year, 2003, Toby moved on to try his luck in the National Late Model Series (NLMS), which runs several races throughout North Florida and South Georgia. Due to lack of funding, Toby wasn't able to mount any wins. However, he did gain valuable experience while driving on several different surface types, which included several asphalt races.

Toby is a 2nd generation driver. His dad, Wendell Justice, raced for 30 years, helping Toby along the way to help get him where he is today.

Toby Justice Racing (TJR) was formed in 2009 with asprirations of running a limited schedule in NASCAR's Camping World Truck Series. Along with its primary goal, TJR will also race a limited schedule in the National Late Model Series, racing at Waycross Motor Speeway (waycross, GA) and Golden Isles Speedway (Brunwick, GA).
